Interested in being a part of history and “winning it all”? For many years, TAPPI’s acclaimed international CorrPak® competition and AICC’s Packaging Design Competition, have showcased highly creative talent across the corrugated industry. This year, those two competitions reach new heights as they join forces to present the debut of the exciting 2021 Box Manufacturing Olympics at SuperCorrExpo® 2021. Deadline to apply is Friday, June 11, 2021.
Go for the Gold
The first-ever Box Manufacturing Olympics will feature innovative designs created over the last two years and entries will be available for viewing on the Expo Floor. There is a total of 43 categories and winners will be announced daily. As part of the competition, all SCE attendees will have the opportunity to vote for the Best of the Industry winners, who will be announced on the last day of the show.
For the first time since 2016, the corrugated industry will have a major trade show at which to safely gather together in Orlando, Fla., at SuperCorrExpo® (SCE), one of the most influential packaging shows in the Western Hemisphere featuring working machinery on the exhibit floor. Organized by TAPPI and AICC, SCE is considered one of the best ways to see cutting-edge equipment and technology innovations in action -- all under one roof.
Need Not Be Present to Enter
Entry in the Box Manufacturing Olympics is open to all TAPPI and AICC members from around the globe who produce commercial corrugated, rigid box and folding cartons, as well as their suppliers, including U.S. and international corrugated manufacturers. Packaging schools and universities are also invited to participate in the competition and have their own categories and requirements. Anonymous entries are invited to submit as well. All entries will be prominently displayed during SCE 2021 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., USA. Entry is not dependent on attending nor do winners need to be onsite to win.
