TAPPI’s International Flexible Packaging and Extrusion Division has announced a robust schedule of events for the remainder of 2021 and through 2022. The events include virtual and in-person opportunities to grow your career and gain vital industry knowledge.
- Extrusion Coating Course | Wednesdays, September – November
The live, interactive virtual Extrusion Coating Course connects participants with instructors in real-time and offers a series of sessions designed to work with any schedule. The sessions are twice a month on Wednesday mornings: 9/29, 10/13, 10/27, 11/10 and 11/17 starting at 9:30 AM (ET). Each session is independent, and single-day registrations are available throughout the series.
The course content is designed from a work perspective — not a college textbook — and is ideal for anyone in the industry, from introductory employees to young professionals to established professionals needing a refresher. - Film Processing and Coating in a Circular Economy | Monday, September 20
A one-half day, pre-conference symposium, Film Processing and Coating in a Circular Economy will be held Monday, September 20 in conjunction with the Extrusion 2021 Conference. Global health and safety has guided the rescheduled dates of the 18th biennial conference to 10 – 12 October 2022. The conference will be held at the Sheraton Hotel in Bratislava, Slovakia, and the Keynote address will still be given by Dr. Horst-Christian Langowski. Submit an abstract online for consideration to be a presenter at this highly anticipated conference.
