Welcome to the introduction of understanding wireless communications in an industrial process environment. This presentation will educate and answer questions regarding how extreme environments can affect different types of wireless from WiFi to IIoT. This is the first in a three-part series of industrial wireless content. Part two will focus on wireless IIoT and part three will concentrate on wireless security.

He has experience ranging from metro-area WiFi to private enterprise and higher education wireless deployments. For the past six years he has specialized in all manner of wireless communications in industrial and manufacturing environments.
