Smurfit Kappa Acquires Atlas Packaging in the UK

Smurfit Kappa UK Limited, a subsidiary of Smurfit Kappa Group, has announced the acquisition of Atlas Packaging, an independent corrugated packaging provider based in Barnstaple, North Devon, England.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Smurfit Kappa said Atlas Packaging is well invested with a strong market presence in the UK which allows them to meet the needs of and deliver value to its broad customer base. With a particularly strong presence in shelf ready packaging, gift boxing and the e-commerce sector, the company offers an exciting and broad range of innovative products.
