The global nanotechnology community is heading to Helsinki, Finland next month for TAPPI International Conference on Nanotechnology for Renewable Materials (TAPPI Nano). You need to be there, too, 13-17 June, for the robust technical program featuring researchers and end-users showcasing the latest innovations and research.
With more than 30 technical sessions spread over three days, this year’s presentations cover a broad spectrum of topics. Technical sessions begin on Tuesday, 14 June where you will hear:
- Why carrots aren’t just good for your eyes
- How CNCs/CNFs can be used for frost protection for stone fruit trees
- How CNFs can be used to accelerate particle board production
- How beer residuals can be utilized as raw material for CNCs
These are just a small (you could say nano) sample of the various topics you’ll find covered at TAPPI Nano 2022. View the program.
You won’t want to miss the roundtables, panel discussions and dynamic keynotes. For additional educational and networking opportunities, be sure to add the following to your registration:
- Commercializing Cellulose Nanomaterials Workshop - International and Emerging Requirements for Safe Manufacturing and Product Development
- CNM Characterization Workshop – Primary Characterization
- Tour of the Aalto University and VTT
- Awards Ceremony and Conference Dinner
This must-attend conference will provide significant insight into the current state of renewable nanomaterials commercial production, its underlying science and technology platforms, and give you the opportunity to network with numerous individual contributors and organizations who are leaders in advancing renewable nanomaterials commercialization.
