Green Bay Packaging Acquires Interstate Packaging in Minnesota

Green Bay Packaging Inc. (GBP) has acquired Interstate Packaging Corp. located in Albert Lea, Minnesota. The acquisition is effective June 30, 2022.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Interstate Packaging operates a 120,000 square feet manufacturing facility has been manufacturing custom corrugated packaging since 2009. The company provides custom corrugated boxes, custom printed cartons and oversized custom boxes for South Central Minnesota, Southwest Wisconsin, Iowa, and Eastern South Dakota markets.
