OASIS Alignment Services Announces Key Manager Promotions

OASIS Alignment Services (OASIS), a division of In-Place Machining Company, announced the promotions of two key managers in the OASIS Northeast Service Center located in Rochester, New Hampshire.
Steve Pepin has been promoted to Service Sales Director - Measurement & Alignment Services, In-Place Machining Company; and Ted Grimbilas has been promoted to Northeast Regional Manager, OASIS Alignment Services.
Prior to his promotion, Pepin held the position of Northeast Regional Manager for the past 10 years. In his 20-year career with OASIS, he has held several additional roles including Northeast Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Optical Engineer, and Technical Report Writer. In his new position, Pepin is responsible for managing the national efforts of the sales team of IPM’s Measurement & Alignment Services Group, currently comprised of service sales representatives from OASIS and Exact Metrology. He will continue to work out of the OASIS Rochester location.
In his 32-year career with OASIS, Grimbilas has held numerous positions including Optical Engineer, Project Manager, Corporate Scheduler, West Account Manager, and his most recent role of Key Account Manager. As Northeast Regional Manager, Grimbilas is responsible for operating all aspects of the OASIS Northeast Service Center including service, customer relationship building and management, safety, financial performance, and the supervision and development of the administrative and field staff. He is also located at the OASIS Rochester location.
