ForestBioFacts: Digital Learning Platform Built on a Trusted Foundation

The comprehensive Papermaking Science and Technology series by the Finnish Forest Products Engineers’ Association is the foundation for ForestBioFacts, a digital learning platform.
ForestBioFacts updates and modernizes the scope of the original 20-volume series with a shift toward nanocellulose, energy, textiles and biofuels. Over 150 top professionals from academia and industry have contributed to the 16 modules covering the whole forest-based bio-economy value chain.
ForestBioFacts features scientific and practical content with over 1,500 articles and 300 videos. The modules combine interviews, videos and articles from companies to bring the theory closer to practice. It includes a glossary of common terms and a six-language dictionary on pulp and papermaking.
The platform is ideal for university students, new employees as a part of on-boarding, technical professionals in R&D and in production, and professionals in sales and business development.
