Workplace Discrimination: It’s Time to Take Action

With the theme, "Embracing Equity and Taking Action in the Workforce,” TAPPI’s 2023 Women’s Summit, Saturday, April 22, 2023 in Atlanta, GA, brings together a diverse group of professionals from top companies in the pulp and paper industry as part of a panel to address workplace discrimination. Panelists will share their diverse experiences during an interactive session with attendees.

Women’s Summit
Open to everyone – TAPPI members and non-members alike, the Women’s Summit was developed to provide a forum for women and men in the pulp, paper, packaging, tissue and converting industries to discuss topics prevalent and integral to women in today's workforce.
Hosted by TAPPI’s Women in Industry (WIN) Division, the Summit will be held in conjunction with TAPPICon 2023. The event will take place from 1:00pm – 5:00pm followed by a reception from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, allowing for more networking and fun activities.

Attendees have the opportunity to strengthen the business relationships formed at the Summit during the following Women in Industry events held during TAPPICon:
- Women in Industry Luncheon – Tuesday, April 25 at 12:00 – 1:15pm
- Women in Industry Session – Wednesday, April 26 at 10:30 – 11:30am
