Voith announces the opening of a new OnPerformance.Lab (OPL) site in São Paulo, Brazil, South America. With this expansion, Voith strengthens its regional footprint and expands its service, optimization and consulting activities. The new OPL site is specifically designed to support paper manufacturers in automation, digitalization and achieving their sustainability goals.
Remote support represents an important part of Voith's service portfolio and complements existing on-site services offered by the leading full-line supplier. Customers can quickly and easily access the expertise of the experts and jointly find solutions to individual challenges. In this way, short-term problems can be solved efficiently, and long-term optimization projects can be carried out successfully.
