Kernic Systems Commissions New High-Throughput Tissue Baler

Last month Kernic Systems commissioned a brand new Maren Engineering Corporation ProPAK A330 Auto-tie Extrusion baler as part of a tissue roll broke slab removal system. This machine, with in-feed conveyor system, comes equipped with a 10″ cylinder and 330,000 lbs. of main ram thrust, perfect for the hard duty cycles of modern tissue mills. Combined with the “A-frame” single tension chamber design to take advantage of maximum ram force during full pressure baling, the A330 is designed for high volume, high pressure baling.
