Patrick Nelson, CEO, Loyalty Point Leadership, is kicking off this year’s conference at 8:15 AM on Monday, June 10 with his keynote presentation, “Humanizing Safety: A Roadmap for Organizational Safety through Individual Empowerment”. In this engaging session, you’ll learn to create individual buy-in and commitment to new safety programs, discover ways to positively influence and re-engage stakeholders in existing safety programs, and how to demonstrate ‘Safety ROI’ where safe workplace cultures create profitable outcomes.
On Tuesday, June 11 at 8:05 AM, you’ll have the novel opportunity to learn about the three principles of engagement found in a piano bar from author, speaker and former dueling pianist Gregory Offner’s keynote, “Tip Jar Culture.” You’ll leave the session with a framework that helps create a sustainable engagement strategy that appeals to broad and diverse employee groups, as well as three tools to implement simple, but effective, shifts in work experiences to eliminate three major frustrations which can cause employee attrition.
Jason Kuntz, Culture Activation Lead, 3M, will close out the final day of the conference at 8:15 AM on Wednesday, June 12 by sharing the findings of more than 230 interviews with some of the top-performing professionals and practitioners in our space in his engaging, informative session, “Seven Habits of Highly Effective Safety and Health Professionals.” Find out what habits the industry’s highest performing safety and health professionals have intentionally established that support their ability to lead, learn and grow, as well as create an environment of loyalty with the people around them.
