Papierfabrik Palm Set to Increase Newsprint Prices

German paper producer Papierfabrik Palm will increase its newsprint prices from 1 July, according to EUWID.
The prices will reportedly rise €60-80/t, depending on the base level. Palm is producing newsprint at its mill in Eltmann, Germany, and King's Lynn, UK. The two plants have a combined newsprint capacity of 950,000 tpy.
The Palm Group is divided into Papierfabrik Palm with its 5 paper mills for the manufacture of paper and Palm Packaging Group with 29 plants for the manufacture of corrugated board.
