Niederauer Mühle to Hike Prices for White Testliner

According to EUWID, German containerboard producer Niederauer Mühle will implement a price increase of €40/t for its white testliner from 1 June 2024.
The company states that it had to adapt its sales prices due substantially rising costs for recovered paper and energy, according to EUWD. Further increases might also be necessary in the coming months, If the current trend on the cost side continues, the company explained.
Testliner is primarily used for the inner and outer layers of carton boxes, providing support and protection to packaged goods throughout transit and storage.
