Mosaic Forest Management Welcomes Duncan Davies as New CEO

Mosaic Forest Management announced a leadership change, with Rob Gough stepping down as President and CEO for personal health reasons. Industry veteran Duncan Davies will assume the role, effective immediately.
Rob Gough served as Mosaic's CEO from 2022 to 2024. Mosaic board chair Jake Kerr praised Gough's contributions, highlighting his "critical role" in the company's growth. "We thank him for his dedication and service," Kerr said, "and wish him well as he focuses on his health."
Duncan Davies brings a wealth of experience to the table. He previously served as President and CEO of Interfor Corporation for nearly two decades, transforming it into a global lumber giant. Davies' successful track record also includes leadership roles at Pinnacle Renewable Energy and Resolute Forest Products, where he consistently delivered significant shareholder value.
Davies expressed his enthusiasm for the new challenge: "I'm absolutely delighted to take on this role," he said. "Mosaic's potential for value creation is awe-inspiring." He emphasized his familiarity with Mosaic, calling it a "homecoming" of sorts. Davies plans to meet with Mosaic's staff soon and collaborate "to realize the Company's potential and ensure long-term success."
