Graphic Packaging CEO Sells Over $8.4m in Company Stock

Michael P. Doss, President and CEO of Graphic Packaging Holding Co (NYSE:GPK), has sold a significant portion of his company stock, transactions that totaled over $8.4 million. The sales took place over three consecutive days, with prices ranging from $27.91 to $28.21 per share.

On August 7, Doss sold 86,374 shares at a weighted average price of $28.05, with individual sales prices varying from $27.80 to $28.61. The following day, he sold another 164,443 shares with a weighted average price of $28.21, where the range of the trades was between $27.89 and $28.41. Finally, on August 9, Doss parted with 49,183 shares at an average price of $27.91, with the sale prices ranging from $27.62 to $28.10.

These transactions were part of a series of separate trades, and Doss has committed to providing full details regarding the number of shares sold at each price point upon request from the Securities and Exchange Commission, the issuer, or any security holder of the issuer.

The sales have left Doss with a substantial holding of 1,909,576 shares in the company following the transactions. Graphic Packaging (NYSE:PKG) Holding Co, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is known for its work in the paperboard containers and boxes industry.
