Green Bay Packaging Announces the Acquisition of Land in Casa Grande

Green Bay Packaging (GBP) is thrilled to announce a land acquisition near Phoenix, Arizona. The approximately 80-acre parcel is located at the NEC/SEC of Bianco and Kortsen Roads in Casa Grande.

Newmark Executive Managing Director Si Pitstick and Managing Director Rob Stephens represented Green Bay Packaging. The seller of the site was Auza Ranches LLC, represented by Kirk McCarville and Trey Davis of Land Advisors Organization.
