The Fiberglass Mat community is gathering in Denver, CO October 1-3, 2024 for TAPPI’s 2024 Fiberglass Mat Technology Forum. Registration savings end on Monday, September 9th for this educational networking event.

Over the course of three days, subject matter experts from some of the biggest names in the fiberglass mat arena, including NALCO, ChemTreat, American Roller Company, Borregaard, Hexion, Kadant, and FEA will dive into fascinating topics like:

  • Chemical sustainability
  • Safety
  • Plasma roll coatings
  • And much more! Check out the preliminary schedule.

This year’s event kicks off with the ‘Glass Mat 101’ course, led by industry experts Pete Wallace and Chuck Diller and includes a behind-the-scenes tour of the Johns Manville Technical Center in Littleton, CO, a 325,000-square-foot, world-class research and development facility that sits on 83 acres at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. You will see various scientific labs used for acoustics and fire testing, microscopy and surface analysis, and building science and product performance. Register early to guarantee a spot on the tour! The number of attendees on the tour are limited.

The Forum is a great place to build your industry network, too. Get to know your fellow attendees at Tuesday’s Cocktail and Table Top Reception and continue the discussions Wednesday evening at Lucky Strike Denver where you and your peers will enjoy some bowling and arcade games—sure to be an evening filled with fun, food, beer, and wine.  See who has already registered.

Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or mill manager the Forum has something for everyone. To register and learn more about the event, visit tappifiberglassmat.org
