Raghavan brings years of experience to the table in the pulp and paper industry. Beginning his career as a scientist in India, he moved to the US where he dedicated over ten years to various roles in prominent corporations such as EY, United Health Group, Zynga, and Ecolab. Through his journey, Raghavan has gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of both industrial operations and cutting-edge AI technologies. At Haber, he has leveraged this expertise to develop AI-driven tools that unlock critical insights from unstructured data, catering specifically to the needs of the manufacturing sector. Today, Haber's primary focus lies in transforming the pulp and paper industry by providing insights and optimizing processes while reducing manual intervention.
Dr. Przem Pruszynski

Pruszynski Paper Chemistry Consulting, LLC
Pruszynski received his Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland and continued postdoctoral research at Dalhousie University and the University of Toronto, focusing on isotope effects in acid-base reactions. He began his pulp and paper career at DOW Chemical's Forest Products Research group, later joining Nalco in 1992, where he worked for 25 years in roles including R&D Group Leader and Principal Consultant. After retiring in 2017, he founded Pruszynski Paper Chemistry Consulting, LLC, offering expertise in areas like pulping, bleaching, and paper machine applications, drawing on his experience from working on over 150 paper machines worldwide. A recognized leader in the industry, Pruszynski has been an active TAPPI member since 1992, and was inducted as a TAPPI Fellow in 2020.
