IIberboard Will Be Put Into Liquidation

Spanish cartonboard producer Iberboard, which filed for insolvency at the end of July, is being liquidated, according to Euwid.
No investor could be found, according to Spanish media.
The closure will impact 80 employees. Iberboard has a production capacity of 65,000 tpy of recycled cartonboard for the graphics and publishing sector, board games and premium packaging, among others.
Founded in 1916, Iberboard has evolved from a family business into a market leader in the graphic board industry.
Iberboard is a producer of pulp, mechanical pulp, paper and board. The company is based in Taragona, Spain.
