Unisource Acquires Euro-Papier in Belgium

Unisource Worldwide Inc., Norcross, Ga., USA, a distributor of paper, packaging, and facility supplies in North America, has announced that Graph Comm International, a subsidiary of Graphic Communications Holdings, has completed the acquisition of Euro-Papier. Graphic Communications, Unisource's print and paper brokerage, sells more than 1 million tpy of coated and uncoated paper to a wide variety of regional, national, and international companies. Euro-Papier, headquartered in Belgium, specializes in paper and print management. The name of the new company is Graph Comm Belgium.
