Caraustar Raises Price of Clay Coated Grades

Caraustar Industries, Atlanta, Ga., USA, reports that due to the continued escalation of input costs on fiber, chemicals, freight, and fuel, it is raising the price of all clay coated boards from its Tama, Iowa, mill by $40 per ton, effective with shipments on and after April 22. Caraustar serves the four principal recycled boxboard product end-use markets: tubes and cores, folding cartons, gypsum facing paper, and specialty paperboard products.
