Earth Day Web-Based Poster Session
Earth Day provides a moment for all of us to reflect how green sustainable technology, business, public policy, and public demand are changing our world for the better. On a global basis, the next generation of researchers, teachers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders are developing translational biorefining technologies that will beneficially impact human kind. In recognition of these efforts, Dr. Art Ragauskas, professor of chemistry at the Institute of Paper Science and Technology at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Ga., USA, has developed a global web-based Earth Day poster session.
This site, with entries from across the world, summarizes select advances in green biorefining from which we can all learn from. The web site will remain active for the next year and additional submissions (send to arthur.ragauskas@ipst.gatech.edu) are welcomed.
