Biofuels Digest, Miami, Fla., USA, this week announced that U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack will deliver the principal keynote address at the Advanced Biofuels Leadership Conference, which runs April 2 - 5 at the Capitol Hilton in Washington, D.C.
