Nobile will be responsible for all PaperWorks Industries finance, accounting, and treasury activities as well as advising Staton, and the rest of the staff regarding operations, strategy, policies and practices, mergers and acquisitions, and other relevant matters.
Nobile's experience spans the spectrum of public and private chief financial and public accounting positions. Most recently, he was CFO and SVP of finance of Opnext, a public company manufacturing optical devices, modules, and sub-systems primarily for data and telecommunication networks. Prior to that, Nobile was CFO and SVP of business integration for Kodak Polychrome Graphics, a joint venture of Eastman Kodak and Sun Chemical, having come from Sun Chemical as the CFO of its Polychrome division. Nobile began his career with Arthur Andersen, where he rose to senior manager.
