AF&PA Welcomes Tsang as New Director, Climate and Air Quality
The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA), Washington, D.C., USA, this week named Linda Tsang as its director, Climate and Air Quality. Tsang will be responsible for analyzing the impact of climate and air regulations on the industry, raising awareness among policymakers and other stakeholders and advocating for new approaches. Tsang also will provide input on key clean air science policy and permitting issues.
Tsang has several years of environmental regulatory experience spanning non-profit, agency, and legal environments. She comes to AF&PA from a Washington, D.C.-based environmental law firm where she spent an extensive amount of time on climate and air issues. She holds a B.S. degree in environmental engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School.
