Metsä Board Corp., Finland, announced this week that CEO Mikko Helander will resign from Metsä Board to join Kesko Corp., effective December 1. Helander will continue as Metsä Board’s CEO for the time being.
The company’s board of directors has initiated a process to appoint a new CEO.
