Graphic Packaging Holding Co., Atlanta, Ga., USA, a supplier of packaging solutions to food, beverage, and other consumer products companies, this week announced that it and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International Inc., have completed the sale of their Multi-wall Bag business to Mondi Group, South Africa. The divested assets included nine converting plants located throughout the U.S. and the Pine Bluff, Ark., kraft paper mill.
