Zellstoff Pöls AG, a member of Heinzel Group, Austria, has ordered from Andritz, Graz, Austria, the complete refurbishment of its LK2 black liquor recovery boiler plant in Pöls, Austria. Startup is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2015.

 

Zellstoff Pöls AG is one of the largest producers of ECF bleached softwood sulfate pulp in Central and Eastern Europe. Orion pulp, the brand name under which Pöls pulp is sold, is mainly used to make printing and writing paper, tissue paper, and packaging and special paper. An integrated paper machine at the mill produces bleached kraft paper.
