Green Bay Packaging Acquires Baird Display
Green Bay Packaging Inc., Green bay, Wis., USA, has acquired Baird Display, a Wisconsin corporation. The acquisition was effective April 30, and terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Started in 1933, Green Bay Packaging is a family-owned, vertically integrated company consisting of corrugated container plants, folding cartons, recycled and virgin linerboard mills, pressure-sensitive label rollstock, specialty converting operations, timberlands, and a sawmill facility.
Also started in 1933 as a manufacturer of upscale candy boxes and poker chips, Baird Display, Waukesha, Wis., is a provider of custom designed temporary and semi-permanent point of purchase displays to advertising agencies and fulfillment organizations that manage accounts for larger brand-name companies.
