Construction is underway on Menasha Corp.’s new headquarters in Neenah, Wis., USA. Representatives from Menasha Corp., members of the design and construction team, and local and state dignitaries formally broke ground on the new building on Thursday, May 28.

Scheduled for occupancy in the fall of 2016, Menasha Corp.’s new office building will house both its companywide headquarters and the corporate office of its subsidiary, Menasha Packaging Co. It is being constructed on the site of the company’s current headquarters at 1645 Bergstrom Rd. in Neenah.

 

 

Company growth over the past five years and the increasing demands for a more collaborative work environment drove the decision to build. The new building will provide improved collaboration space for employees, customers, and suppliers, and will replace the existing 50-year-old building with a more contemporary office structure.

"We are equally excited to remain headquartered in the greater Fox Cities community of Northeast Wisconsin, where our company was founded 166 years ago."

Menasha Corp. executive leadership, Neenah Mayor Dean Kaufert, and representatives from Miron Construction, Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA) and Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. (WEDC) joined Kotek in breaking ground on the new building.
