The Logson Group, the UK's largest independent supplier of corrugated packaging, this week acquired Jardin Corrugated Cases, an independent integrated facility based in Ely Cambridgeshire, U.K. Jardin Corrugated Cases has a turnover in excess of £15 million, with a leading position within the horticultural sector. 

Kevin Hennessy, Jardin managing director, who will continue to lead the business, said that "I am personally delighted we have found such an ideal fit. In joining Logson, we have the security of being part of an excellent group, with a first class reputation in our industry. The Logson culture will allow us to maintain our independent flair, backed by the financial strength and scale of the U.K.'s fourth largest player. We have exciting plans for our business moving forward and this move can only enhance our offering to both existing and new customers."

Jardin will join the three existing Logson brands of Board24, Boxes and Packaging, and Cases24. Collectively, they form a unique mix of companies offering a full range of corrugated packaging solutions from 17 locations across the U.K.
