Green Elephant Industrial Holding, Luxembourg, has reportedly acquired the Walsum Papier LWC mill in Germany.  The mill operations are set to be transferred to the new owner on February 19.  The acquisition price has not yet been disclosed.

 

After ownership is transferred, Walsum Papier will continue operating PM 10, which is a 215,000 metric tpy machine, producing LWC magazine papers under the brand names of Walsacote and Walsacote Top.
