Kraft paper shipments in January 2016 totaled 127,800 thousand tons, 8.5% lower than January 2015, according to the AF&PA (Washington, D.C., USA) January 2016 Kraft Paper Report issued this past week. Bleached kraft paper shipments decreased from 7, 500 tons in December to 6.9, while unbleached kraft paper decreased from 122, 400 to 120,900 tons. Total month-end inventories increased to 74,800 tons.
