G-P Big Island Mill to Give Away 1,500 Seedlings to Public

 
According to Work it, Lynchburg business information magazine, Lynchburg, Va., USA, Georgia-Pacific’s (G-P), Atlanta, Ga., USA, Big Island (Virginia) mill is giving away 1,500 tree seedlings to the public April 14 and 15 to celebrate its 125th anniversary and to emphasize environmental sustainability.

Three seedling varieties are being made available by the company to the public: crabapple, mulberry, and indigo bush.

On April 14, each person may get 10 seedlings of their choice.

On April 15, the remaining seedlings will be given away on a first-come, first-serve basis, limit of 50 per person.
