International Paper Co., Memphis, Tenn., USA, reports that Vincent Bonnot will succeed Terri Herrington as the company's controller and VP for finance. Herrington plans to retire December 31, and Bonnot has been the CFO for IP's Europe, Middle East, and Africa business since 2013. 

Bonnot begins his new position on July 1. He joined IP in 2008 as strategic planning director for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa group.
