The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A., Göteborg, Sweden, reports that this past week its supervisory board relieved Wolfgang Lübbert, president of the management board and CEO, from his duties and appointed him a member of the management board.

The supervisory board also adopted a resolution entrusting the function of acting president of the management board and CEO to Per Skoglund, a member of the management board.
