Appvion Extends Triumph High-Speed Inkjet Paper Line

Appvion Inc., Appleton, Wis., USA, has introduced additional sheeted versions of its Triumph® Treated and Coated High-Speed Inkjet Papers. The Triumph High-Speed Inkjet line includes products specifically designed for the latest generation of sheet-fed, high-speed inkjet presses and the use of pigment- and dye-based inks. The precision-cut converting process used to produce Triumph sheets ensures sizes and sheet edges are precise and consistent, giving printers problem-free runnability.

"Our latest line extension gives printers more opportunities to choose the high performance, consistency, color vibrancy, reliability, and availability of our Triumph brand for all of the ways they print high-speed inkjet paper," said Ethan Haas, Appvion VP and GM of carbonless and specialty papers. "By offering more product choices with low order minimums and short lead times from a single domestic supplier, Appvion helps printers simplify their operations and reduce inventories."

Triumph High-Speed Inkjet Papers have been qualified on major OEM sheet-fed presses, including Canon Océ VarioPrint i300, Delpax Elan, and Riso ComColor. The 9 pt. coated ultra brite-matte product has been chosen as a designated "house sheet" for its Canon Océ VarioPrint i300. The house sheet designation means that Canon considers 9 pt. Coated Ultra-Brite Matte to be best-in-class for print quality, runnability, availability, and value.

All Triumph High-Speed Inkjet Papers are made in the U.S. and are backed by Appvion’s 100% satisfaction guarantee. They are available to merchants and printers through Appvion’s nationwide network of strategically located distribution centers. The paper is acid free, elemental chlorine free (ECF), and manufactured under ISO 14001:2004-certified environmental management systems. An FSC® Certified (FSC-C003368) version is available.
