Polaski Joins Coldwater as N.A. Wet End Applications Specialist

PolaskiDoug Wall, VP of sales and marketing, this week announced that Coldwater, Atlanta, Ga., USA, has hired Tom Polaski as North American Wet End Applications Specialist.

Polaski is a respected industry veteran who comes to Coldwater after serving in similar roles the past 26 years with GL&V, Weavexx, and Huyck. Prior to that, he worked as a papermaker for both Weyerhaeuser and Lake Superior Paper.

Tom brings a wealth of papermaking and wet end knowledge and experience to Coldwater’s sales and technical support teams and he will play a critical role in supporting Coldwater’s products that deliver process improvements and cost savings to customers in North America and around the world.

Coldwater is a global manufacturer of paper machine consumables and engineered products that optimize paper machine performance and reliability. Product lines include dryer and felt passivation, machine clothing cleaning systems, suction roll sealing components, doctor blades, Lantier doctoring equipment, Wilbanks ceramics, premium UHMW drainage elements, edge control systems, headbox parts and services, and combinations of the above in complete consumables optimization management programs.
