Planning and execution of innovative projects for the pulp supply of the Group and / or increase the total value of the raw material wood
Selection and development of test methods for the development and optimization of processes
Develop new process technologies from idea generation through the laboratory / pilot phase to the operational implementation
Analyse the relationships between process conditions and product quality
Planning, monitoring and evaluation of operational tests
University degree Chemistry: Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Technology or Process Engineering
Experience in project management. Ideally in the pulp development or optimization of pulp production processes, including chemical recovery and / or Biorefinery processes and process simulation
Excellent English, German and computer skills
Willingness to travel and flexibility
Communication and team skills
Joy and enthusiasm for new issues and improvements.
