Canfor Pulp Announces Voting Results for Election of Directors

Canfor Pulp Products Inc., Vancouver, B.C., Canada, this week announced the voting results from its Annual General Meeting held Wednesday, April 26, 2017, in Vancouver.

A total of 57,813,292 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 86.75% of the votes attached to all outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favor of all items of business before the meeting, including the election of all director nominees as follows:
