Key Responsibilities:
- Cement relationships with existing customers and pursue new business through end users and OEM’s.
- Direct a well-established team of sales professionals, manage key accounts, and handle capital sales orders.
- Be proactive in steering sales and major projects from inception to ‘Order in Hand.’
- Focus primarily in the South and North Eastern and mid-Western States, with support to other U.S. markets.
This position will be home office based (preferably the southeastern states) reporting to the Brockville, Ont., Canada, GM. Travel is required.
Qualifications:
- Sales career supported by several years (5 – 7) in manufacturing/industrial sales
- Strong mechanical comprehension or mechanical engineering degree/diploma
- Employment history of building confidence and strong relationships with customers
- Experience at some level in the Pulp & Paper industry a definite asset.
