DS Smith Plc, U.K., a provider of recycled corrugated packaging in Europe, this week announced the acquisition of DPF Groupe.

DPF Groupe is a specialist in multi material packaging solutions for the industry and a 

well-invested corrugated producer. It operates two companies in France, DPF in Rives near Grenoble, and Tout’Embal in Alès. The company employs around 80 people. DPF Groupe builds on DS Smith’s capability in growing markets and is complementary to it geographically.
