ABK Groupe, France, and PAPCEL, Czech Republic, have signed a contract to supply a complete tissue machine, including the approach flow system, crescent former, winder, and auxiliary equipment, to PT Aspex Kumbong, West Java, Indonesia.

The tissue machine is designed to produce 60 metric tpd of tissue grades (facial and toilet tissue paper), 13 to 35 gsm basis weight ranges, and a maximum operating speed of 1,200 m/min. 

Sheet width on the reel trim will be 2,850 mm. ABK Groupe will also supply detailed engineering for all of the supplied equipment. Startup of the new tissue line is scheduled for the end of 2018.
