Free Webinar on Work Life Balance
Are we dreaming to achieve balance in our lives? This work life balance webinar introduces a new concept called work life integration. The word balance leaves us feeling that all things should be divided equally at all times. Integration is a better representation for how we should view our private life and our work life.
On Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, beginning at 12:00 p.m. EST, the Women in Industry Division will host the webinar "Work Life Balance: Elusive Dream or Achievable Goal?"
Work life balance implies that the two are separate entities and that there is one-size-fits-all way to perfectly harmonize work and private life to achieve a state of balance and harmony.
We will explore our attitude, approach, and tactical methods for work life integration. Upon completion of this webinar, participants will hopefully have a new and different attitude about work life balance that will help them forge a new path forward. Additionally, we plan to provide a variety of numerous tactical methods so participants can immediately begin applying strategies that make a positive change in their integrated life.
