PPPC’s (Pulp and Paper Product Council’s) World-20 pulp trade statistics show May 2018 shipments were up 2% y/y at 87% of capacity, and up 1.7% year to date. Producer stocks were down two days for both BSK (bleached softwood kraft) pulp and BHK (bleached hardwood kraft) pulp.
