Get ready for a chance to be a part of CorrExpo 2019, taking place October 14 – 16 in the mile high city of Denver, Colorado at the Colorado Convention Center. Applications are now being accepted for the What’s New session to be held during this year’s conference.
Submitting a 2019 What’s New application is easy, but the process has changed slightly. Based on feedback from last year’s participants, all applicants are asked to provide a one to two minute video which has been produced by them, explaining their new product or innovation. Videos should be produced in 1920 x 1080 HD MP4 (minimum Mbps/sec). Videos should have no audio, and if a spoken message is desired, on-screen captions are required.
Applying as soon as possible is best. Deadline is Friday, August 2, 2019. Visit correxpo.org/whats-new/ for more information on the process, procedure, and requirements, and to download the application. All accepted videos will be played on monitors in the Exhibit Hall throughout the duration of the exhibit and in select common areas during the conference.
Following the submission deadline, the CorrExpo Technical Program Committee will vote on the 12 best videos. The top 12 selected will also have the opportunity to do a live presentation in the What’s New Pavilion. All live presentation times and companies will be promoted to attendees. These sessions will be held on the exhibit floor over two days, ensuring access to both conference and exhibit floor-only attendees. Both sessions will be limited to 45-minutes, allowing up to six companies to give a seven minute presentation on one of the two days.
CorrExpo 2019 brings together one of the largest groups of industry decision makers, provides direct access through exclusive networking events, offers engaging keynote speakers including NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Davis and Packaging Corporation of America’s CEO Mark W. Kowlzan, and one of the largest gatherings of industry suppliers under one roof.
