Dear TAPPI Members and Supporters,
I am hopeful this note finds you in good health and good spirits despite the current situation, and serves as a reminder that the pulp, paper, tissue, packaging, converting and nanotechnology industries have weathered many a storm over the years, emerging both stronger and better together. I honestly feel this crisis will produce the same results.
As President and CEO of TAPPI, I have had the great privilege of meeting and working with many of you, at conferences, courses, Committee meetings, Local Sections and at your companies. A key question I like to ask is: “What is keeping you up at night?” Now, probably more than ever, that question is important, especially as we pivot and change our way of doing business during this “new” normal.
This is why we want to hear from you. Tell us how this pandemic has impacted you, your companies, and your way of “doing business.” We will be sending out a quick 4-minute survey asking, among other things, what is keeping you up at night. Our goal is to share those insights with you and the rest of the TAPPI Community, because we learn from each other.
