Green Bay Packaging Inc. (GBP), announced that it has acquired Third Dimension Inc. The acquisition is effective October 1, 2020.
Third Dimension (TD) Inc was founded in 1991 by Louis DeJesus and Jeanette DeJesus. TD has an excellent reputation in the marketplace for corrugated packaging innovation, molded foam packaging, 4 color digital printing and superior customer service. By putting their customers at the center of all decisions, TD has consistently grown at a rate faster than the industry. TD is headquartered in Geneva, Ohio and has operations in Middlefield, Ohio and services Ohio, Virginia, and Kentucky.
