The keys aspects of being Director of Regional Services and Solutions is the needed leadership, discipline, and focus on growth. Building upon solid infrastructure, the Director of Regional Services and Solutions will have the support of an established, highly regarded team of professionals who are passionate about developing innovative technology for customers. This position is also responsible for expanding ANDRITZ regional customer base and technological capabilities, which will be achieved by partnering with divisional Product and Business Development leaders, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Participate in the development and implementation of medium and long-term plans to support divisional objectives and growth of the regional business.
- Initiate, build, and enhance relationships with Customers, partners, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to define, develop, and execute regional sales growth strategies and campaigns to achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations on the value of our offerings to customers and to close sales.
- Work collaboratively with Global Product Managers to evaluate, establish, and develop regional opportunities.
- Lead through management and mentorship, while embodying, fostering, and enforcing ANDRITZ values and principles.
- Assist in the development of the regional budget and monitor and control the financial performance.

Experience/ Credentials needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or diploma in technology (electrical or automation preferred)
- Experience leading the definition and execution of sales growth strategies
- Passionate about leading and developing high performing teams
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Significant Pulp & Paper industry experience
- Excellent track record in managing and delivering large, complex engineering projects
- Minimum of 15 years’ extensive engineering experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing design teams within a consultancy environment
- Legally entitled to work in the US
- Ability and willingness to travel to domestic and international sites
